Before submitting your extended abstract, please check the important dates for publication schedule.

Submitting an Abstract

Extended abstracts to be submitted should be 3-5 pages with key figures and references. Abstracts should clearly state the purpose, the methodology, the results and the conclusions of the work, and should begin with a short summary. Contributions to the state of the art and references to relevant publications in the existing literature should clearly be stated.
​Authors must create an account for abstract submission.

Publication Rules

Please note that ın RUZGEM 2013, every paper must be presented. If the paper is not presented in technical sessions through the conference, final manuscript will be dropped from the proceedings list.
The presenter of the paper and authors that will attend to the conference must pay a registration fee.
