Submission of extended abstracts:

May 1, 2013      Extended to May 13, 2013

Extended abstracts to be submitted should be 3-5 pages with key figures and references. Abstracts should clearly state the purpose, the methodology, the results and the conclusions of the work, and should begin with a short summary. Contributions to the state of the art and references to relevant publications in the existing literature should clearly be stated.

Extended Abstract reviews completion:

June 10, 2013

Extended Abstracts will be reviewed by the members of the Scientific Committee and selected based on technical content, originality, importance to the field, clarity of presentation, and potential to result in a quality full paper. Only the original manuscripts which are not previously published are accepted for reviewing.

Author notification of abstract acceptance:

June 17, 2013      Extended to July 19, 2013

Acceptances of the papers are based on the reviewers’ comments, which are made available to the corresponding author once the review process is completed.

End of Early Registration:

August 1, 2013

**To qualify for the reduced fee, the student's registration must be accompanied by the following documents: (a) a copy of your valid student ID card proving the age of under 30 years; or (b) a personalized letter signed by the head of the relevant university or institutional department proving the full-time student status and the ID card proving the age of under 30 years. These documents should be sent when submitting the Registration Form. The valid student I.D. card (a) or original personalized letter (b) has also to be presented on site!
